Connected Car Service

Bosch Car Service and Allianz Global Assistance make your driving experience complete with the Connected Car Service. Connected Car Service is a new and innovative service consisting of a smart box in your car, coupled to the Connected Car Service mobile app.

The Connected Car Service app gives useful information about your car and offers help when needed. Whatever happens to you or your car: with the Connected Car Service you have it under control.

An overview of the Connected Car Service:

Emergency
- Rescue call: were you hurt in an accident or are you in another emergency situation? With the app you can directly contact our assistance center. They will advise you on what actions to take and can alert the emergency services if necessary.

Assistance
- Breakdown assistance: with the smart box installed in your car we have your location and available information about possible problems with your car. This allows us to provide you with efficient assistance.
- Accident assistance: when involved in an accident it is good to contact our assistance center. They can provide the needed services for your car.
- Stolen vehicle tracking: if you report your car as stolen in the app our assistance center will immediately start tracking the location of your car. This increases the chances of fast recovery.

Navigation
- Find my car: shows the location of your vehicle on a map.
- Bosch Car Service: shows the location of Bosch Car Services around you and allows you to store the details of your favorite Bosch Car Service.
- Point of interest: shows gas stations and car rental companies in your vicinity.

Statistics
- Trip information and trip reports: gives information about all your trips and allows you to mark these as business or private. An overview of these trips can be sent to your mail address.
- Vehicle faults: up-to-date information on the technical state of your car.
- Service interval: gives you an insight in the service intervals for your car.
- Accident recording: in case of an accident with your car this function allows you to request an accident recording showing the cars behavior before, during and after the accident.
